"Rockstar want their missions to be less one-dimensional in VCS and monotonous tasks like "get from A to B" will no longer drag out your GTA experience. Now, missions will be designed to be multi-tiered and split between various skill sets. The idea is to do away with the quick-shot mission structure of LCS and instead opts for longer in-depth tasks that make greater use of the environment and lend themselves to a more defined narrative."

"Say Cheese"

When Victor is on the hunt for money an opportunity over at the Film Studios comes his way. They are in need for a stuntman featured in a chocolate commercial and Vic fits the role. The mission starts off where you're introduced to a whole new vehicle in both Vice City and the GTA series - a jet ski. The mission requires you to drive around a preset course around the bay while cameramen from a helicopter films the action from above.

After you've gone through a few checkpoints you jump up from the water onto the road where you then switch over to a motorbike. You then need to complete the last few checkpoints of the course to finish the mission.

"Jump Ship"

The Vance brothers finds out that one of their businesses associates, Brian Forbes, has been screwing with them and is an undercover cop. Lance then decides that he'll kidnap him and force some useful information out of him. The brothers learn that there's a drug deal going down at the docks and they head down to the meeting.

Lance wants you to watch his back as he tries to score some of his own. You then head up to a rooftop watching over the transaction and make use of a pair of binoculars for a better view.

Unfortunately though, Lance screws up and gets himself kidnapped (This seems to happen a lot to him... remember GTA:Vice City?). He's being taken away with a speedboat and you need to follow him with a sports car parked conveniently near by.

Vic follows his kidnapped brother all the way to a large moored tanker. You then need to jump a ramp that leaps your car up over the ship and bail out just in time for a save landing on the deck. An enemy comes your way and you need to shoot him, as well as several others in the corridors of the ship.

As you make your way through the ships large interior you end up at the location where Lance is being held. Kill the chumps torturing your brother and make your way back, killing the enemies coming your way. Narcotics are scattered throughout the ship, including those at the very top of the boat that can be accessed by a flight of stairs.

Finally make your way off the ship with one last stunt-jump using a motorbike.

"Take the Fall"

Back in the original Vice City Tommy asked Lance if he had ever shot from a helicopter in a mission called "Phnom Penh '86". Lance answers 'yes', and in this mission you'll learn why he said so. He has some issues with a local biker gang and asks Vic to pilot a helicopter while he tries to take them out with his weapon.

As you fly through the air of Vice City - looking at the impressive scenery thanks to VCS' brand new draw-distance and heavily populated steets - you locate the bikers driving through the city. You'll need to balance the helicopter as low as possible so that Lance can take 'em out. Ending up at a construction site, a cut-scene shows how Lance manages to screw up again and fall out of the helicopter.

It will then require you to land the helicopter as quick as possible and take out the many enemies scattered around the place. Find your brother and the mission is complete.

"Turn On, Tune In, Bug Out"

This interesting mission starts off at the Vance mansion, which you either have from the very start of the game, or acquire as you progress throughout. You'll need to buy yourself a rocket launcher in order to take out radio receivers at Police Stations around the city. All this action attracts a lot of attention from the feds as you make your way from one to the other. This mission include heavy explosions, helicopter flights, and rooftop battles with the police force.
